I know today I am a bit blog-happy but I just have so much I want to say so I figure I better get on with it! I made a few purchases last weekend and I have been loving each and every one of them and I just wanted to share them with you!
TRESemme 24 Hour Body Root Boosting Spray- So far this product has been fantastic and done just what it was advertised to do, add volume to your roots and give your hair a lasting bounce. I have extremely oily hair and this product did not make it more oily at all and I could definitely see a difference in the amount of lift at my roots!
Batiste Dry Shampooo in Blush- I had heard about this through the cyber grapevine but was certain I would not be able to find it in Canada but lo and behold I came across it at Sally's Beauty Supply! The scent is light and flowery and a few shots of this to your roots and its as though you stepped out of the shower! Because I prefer to not wash my hair everyday and as previously stated I have oily hair this is a Godsend for me! I would highly recommend this! I believe it was around $10 Canadian which is not too bad because I am hoping it will last me for a while!
Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer in Medium- I purchased this concealer after seeing Emily Noel talk about it on her YouTube channel. Boy am I ever glad that I bought it. This concealer is by far the best concealer I have ever witnessed in my life. I previously used MAC's concealer which was amazing as well but the Kat Von V concealer has marvelous coverage and sticks like no other. I put this concealer on and it does not move all day and I have oily skin so that is saying a lot! It comes in a generous size tube because you need only the tiniest amount to cover your imperfections on your face and whereever. The tube was $33 Canadian at Sephora which is pretty pricey and I would normally never pay that much for concealer but I feel it was the best investment I could have made. So seriously everyone needs to get this because it will cover everything! hehe
MAC eyeshadow in Dazzlelight- I feel I am a little slow to the start with this eyeshadow because for some reason I always pictured it in my mind differently but I saw it this weekend at MAC and I was in love! Highly pigmented and not too white, a perfect mix of a pearly off white colour that I love as a highlight or just as an everyday base! Great mix of shimmer and a tad of sparkle, I think this colour would look great on mostly everybody!
MAC Loose Powder in Golden Bronze- After watching kandeejohnson's YouTube video on her Lauren Conrad makeup look and seeing her sweep this all over her cheeks and face I was convinced I needed it. It gives you a perfect golden glow when used in the correct areas, it can make your face look candelit and warm and will look great on a summer evening after you have spent the day in the sun!
MAC Lipstick in Way to Love- I forgot to add my lipstick to the picture but this is perhaps my favourite of them all! Way to Love is a Lustre so it has a bit of glossiness to it and it not quite as opaque as some of the other lipsticks but it gives a great wash of pink that is not bright but not a pale pink. This pink gives you the perfect daily pink lip for someone with a darker skin tone such as mine which is a NC 45. This lipstick is part of the Rose Romance collection but I sincerely hope they make it a permanent colour because I finally found my perfect MAC lipstick!
Ok so I know I covered a lot of information there but I just wanted to let everyone know my thoughts on them because I feel they are all such wonderful products and I highly recommend each and every one of them to you out there! Even a mixture of the concealer, Dazzlelight eyeshadow, Golden Bronze powder and Way to Love lipstick would make a gorgeous summer look! I hope everyone enjoys their evening! xo

The concealer sounds great!! I could do with some :)
